My recent bloodwork noted a vitamin deficiency so I ran to Mary Ruth's to see if there was any and of course there was! These taste good and are not super gummy. With continual bloodwork I will able to see the potency that is actually in these gummies but so far so good! I also love how they come in a 60 days supply bottle as well.

With being vegan, it can be hard to find vitamins that fit your needs. It's also difficult to find vitamins with clean and few ingredients. But then I discovered these! So few ingredients but all are understandable, and it is a great amount of Vitamin D3! So many pills or gummies out there have such high dosages and to me seem unsafe to take at all. And while 1000IU being the safe upper intake level, I feel safer taking these. I personally cut them in half for 500IU to account for the natural D3 I may acquire through the day, so not too hard to portion out more if needed! As for the taste, they taste GREAT! Just like regular gummy candies. If you are giving these to children, DEFINITELY keep out of reach (although the child safe lid is hard for even me) because its tempting to snack on. TL:DR; These are delicious, clean, and I'v been feeling more regular after supplementing for the lack of D3. Would definitely recommend these for anyone looking for a D3 supplement! The price can seem a tiny bit intimidating, but there are PLENTY in there to last you quite a while. Especially if you are like me and decide to cut them in half for 500IU doses a day.

Beware folks, I bought a ton of these products only to find they contain coconut oil. We have a nut allergy and wish this company would find an alternative.

After reading a medical article stating that most people are deficient in Vit D, I bought these to help with my kids vitamin d levels. I especially loved that they don't contain animal products, as we are an animal-free product household. What would make these even better is if you guys made a sugar-free option without sunflower oil (allergies... :-( )! ;-) Thank you for such amazing products and service!

I am feeling better since taking these gummies and other supplements from Mary Ruth. I chose these products because of the clean ingredient list. I have multiple allergies and do not tolerate most supplements in tablet form.
