A: Good day, As per your inquiry as it has a stainless steel and can go in the oven up to 450 degrees but never under the broiler.

Consistently about a year life for my fry pans. But I do love them before they go bad.
Love these pans. Great and easy to cook on. Would say that for my frying pan, it only lasts a year before things starts sticking. After that my eggs and pancakes and other foods get messed up.
