Q: I have tried several SD cards for this camera and every time I do, it is saying the memory is full. What do you suggest?
A: Hi Becky, thanks for reaching out about Kidamento Digital Camera for Kids - Mikayo the Bear After ensuring the SD card is empty and/or contains nothing of importance, with the card inserted in the camera, access the settings menu on the Camera itself. From there you will want to to locate an option to format the SD card. This should free up all the space on the card in a manner that's compatible with your device. If you encounter an error, go to the camera settings and select “Format” to erase all data on the memory card. Q: Are prints color or black and white

Some kids' cameras offer thermal printing in black and white to avoid ink, however this camera focuses on digital photography so it has a color screen for viewing the photos and saves them to a memory card. You can then transfer these photos to a computer and print them in color using a standard printer if desired. . Q: How many megapixels is the picture quality?
