Our Café Special® blend is designed to highlight coffee beans known for their sweeter profile. After harvesting, the coffee is allowed to dry naturally in the sun, locking in flavor unique to South and Central America. We roast this coffee to a medium-dark color to bring out notes of caramel and cocoa, giving you the taste of your favorite café right at home.

I happen to be going out of town for a therepy course I'm in. I wasn't that café they had in their waiting room area and I was so surprised to have a cup of their community coffee machine. I tried the Cafe flavor and it was outstanding! I'm glad I found this community company again.

Really like this coffee! I add SF Nestle Italian sweet cream (not nauseatingly sweet like some of the flavors). If going to leave cup on warmer overnight I also add some powdered hazelnut (keeps it from turning bitter).
