I have no idea how good or bad this shampoo is because I can NOT untwist the pump mechanism. Apparently this is such a Common issue that there Is a Tik Toc video on how to try to make the pump work

I love the smell of this shampoo! I also love that it moisturizers so it’s perfect on my kids hair because it gets the tangles out and leaves their hair soft! Plus I can feel good about using it since it’s a clean product! The only downside is that when I use it I don’t really notice much it adding much volume to my hair.
