Good when toasted

At first I found the bread not that good but when I started toasting it before using it in sandwiches or for my avocado toast in the morning it became my go to bread. No one can compare it to regular breads, of course, but for those of us trying to keep carb counts lower and increase fiber intake it does the job!

Great, when not full of holes

Several months ago we discovered Nature's Own Keto Bread and really like it. Unfortunately, lately, every loaf has more holes than bread. Makes it difficult to eat a PB&J or Chicken Salad sandwich.

Delicious.

This stuff is incredible. Hopefully it doesn't spike my blood sugar, or kick me out of ketosis. I hope I can have bread again! It's good!

So bad!

I have always been very happy with other varieties of Narures Own breads, so I had high expectations. This bread is so dry, I could choke on it, even just lightly toasted. I tried 3 times and just cannot tisk it, I feel as though I could choke! So disappointed.

Just WOW!

I am in week 3 of an 8 week lo carb program. I just tried this bread tonight and I’m impressed! I was craving a piece of toast with butter and this did not disappoint! Great product!

Knocks me out of ketosis every time I eat it

Maybe it’s just me but when I achieve ketosis, if I even have one slice I’m immediately knocked out of ketosis for a day. Hard to believe there’s only 1 net carb…

Smells (and tastes) awful...

I was really hoping to enjoy this Bread. Being diabetic and looking for an edible low-carb bread is a goal. However, I didn't find it with Keto Soft White Net 1 Carb Bread. It smells like dry dog food and tastes even worse. Let's not even discuss the bad after-taste it leaves. Toasting it does reduce the awful smell and bad taste...but not nearly enough. I'm now contemplating throw what's left in to the trash.

Awful smell

I just bought this and was excited to eat a turkey sandwich for lunch. I noticed the smell as I opened the package and thought it was weird but continued on with my sandwich making. First bite the smell transferred to my mouth and I had to spit it out. I cut the crust off and it was slightly better but there was still a slight rancid smell/taste in the bread itself. I’m not sure if I got a bad batch or if this is typical but I definitely will not be buying this again and threw a whole loaf minus two slices in the trash.

I'm impressed!

This was my first time trying Nature's own keto bread and am blown away at the texture, taste, density. It was like biting into a fresh piece of "normal" bread! I've tried many keto breads in the past and they were always awful. This bread had become my new normal and am glad I can enjoy sandwiches while eating keto.

Absolutely disgusting!

Having eaten several different brands and variations of keto bread I've had a lot of different experiences concerning both price and quality. The majority are expensive, most were horrible, some were edible, some were actually pretty good and a couple are very good and you wouldn't know the difference in a blind taste test. Sadly, I must say that the Nature's Own offering is not only the worst I've ever tried to eat, but the most expensive as well!

Very strange

I normally like keto bread. This one is very chewy and has zero flavor. If I was in a bind I would get it . But definitely not in the top 5 .

Disappointing

I was so excited to see this in my store, but I am sorry I bought it. I felt like I was biting and chewing upholstery foam. I am wondering if the Keto wheat bread is any better, but I probably won't bother trying it.

I never write reviews but feel compelled

I was excited to try this bread because of the low calorie count and was confident it would be good, coming from Nature’s Own. This stuff tastes terrible and leaves an unpleasant aftertaste, no matter what how it is used. I’ve tried it toasted, untoasted, with butter, with honey, with jam, thinking it was me, but it is simply horrible bread.

Went bad fast!!

This was the first time I have tried this brand keto bread. I usually purchase another brand. I won’t be purchasing it again. By the 3rd day there was mold on all the slices!!

The best keto bread I've found

I've been keto for most of the last 10+ years. The ones I did try were either tiny pieces and strangely textured..not bread nor suitable for a piece of lunch meat. But Nature's own Keto is impressive. It's soft, the size of regular bread and while very slightly denser than a typical bread, not in an office putting way. It's a real game changer! I bought my first loaf yesterday, I've had a turkey and Swiss and toast with almond butter. Delicious and oh what a treat to wrapping my lunch meat in a Romaine leaf. Nature's Own has won me over for sure! I look forward to having a real cheeseburger and maybe a hotdog too! A little pricy, but worth it for pleasant surprise. It's tasty!

Such a Disappointment!

We LOVE Nature's Own bread and buy it almost exclusively. I was very excited when I saw this finally come to our store and eagerly brought it home, thinking I would be experiencing the same delicious, fresh and healthy satisfaction. Boy was I wrong! This bread tastes like nothing, has a very unpleasant tough chew and is truly unpalatable. I tried it plain, toasted, grilled and as french toast. BLECH! Will happily go back to the other versions of Nature's Own but this is one to stay away from if you really love your bread.

Tastes like Styrofoam. DO NOT BUY!

I was so excited to see this on my small town shelf. Got it home, made myself a long awaited, not a low carb tortilla wrap, sandwich on what I thought was real bread. I took a bite and immediately had to spit it out. It has the consistency of what I think eating Styrofoam would be. It has a weird taste, smell and the texture is just not BREAD. So very disappointed. Bread went into the trash after spending quite a bit on it. Natures own-Test your bakers for Covid. If they put this out on the shelf, they need some medical help!!!

Should Allow Negative Stars

We purchased 3 loaves of Nature’s Own Keto white bread based on the generous thickness of the slices & the nutrition info. Do not judge a book by it’s cover! Tried to toast it now my house smells like burnt hair. Hate to waste food by throwing out all 3 loaves but I’m not even sure this bread can be classified as food.
