You’ll find Recycling Bags on Nespresso.com directly to the right of your shopping bag summary in the check-out process or via this link. On the mobile app, they’re located under the “accessories” tab. Each recycling bag holds 200 OriginalLine/100 VertuoLine capsules. A UPS label is affixed to each bag. Once you fill the bag with used capsules, remove the silver foil strip and seal the bag. You may drop off the sealed bag to your nearest UPS location. A: Cup size is based on the capsule you use as they are labeled to extract a certain amount, such as single espresso, double espresso, gran lungo, 7.7 oz coffee, & a few larger capsule options. As the expert answer stated, you can double tap the button quickly for coffee creations mode, which would change capsule volume as follows: 7.7 oz coffee > double espresso, gran lungo OR double espresso > single espresso, single espresso > ristretto. Other than using coffee creations mode, capsule bar codes are set to make the prescribed amount.

I was expecting too much from this little guy. It leaked from used cups, the water tank was small and it wasn’t adjustable to either side. I kept having to redo my coffee pod because it wouldn’t start. I just bought the next line up. Hope it works out.

We were not happy
We ordered one because we bought one for our daughter and she liked it. We set it up and she had bought us some coffee super excited we made one cup and then the 2nd cup it came out half full and then I noticed dark ooze spilling out of the bottom and in the little coffee drawer. I called target and took it back to the store immediately.

Good but not worth it . They trick you into thinking it’s more affordable but the vertuo pods cost significantly more than the classic ones so after a few boxes you are losing money . Will be returning and going with a different brand since they wanna play games like that . Shame shame shame.

College Fuel!!

Nespresso makes having my morning fuel beyond easy, and the coffee is the best I’ve had. I don’t find myself craving to buy coffee on a day to day since I know the ones I can make at home are even better. I love going to the store and seeing the menu and deciding what pods I want to buy. From the pods flavors to design, they create a fun pocket of my life. Thanks Nespresso for making my college days more fun!

Most fun descale process EVER
Whoever designed this has to have intended it to be the most infuriating and annoying descale process possible. It’s literally comical how arbitrary the process steps seem (close the lid, open it and touch the lever twice, rotate lever but do not latch. Say “descale” and pray to nespresso gods) and how the machine just seems to decide on a whim to suddenly work its way on to the next step in the process. Every time I make one of these stupid purchases I am reminded how completely intentionally planned obsolescence is worked into the product so that you will buy another unit. Because the world is full of people that will simply give up on descaling and buy another unit when this one doesn’t work anymore. I just spent an hour screaming and cursing at this stupid unit because I was dumb enough to think “oh I’ll descale my coffee machines while I clean” on a hot summer day. My neighbors probably think I am in a COD lobby talking to a troll named “d_scale”. Thank you Nespresso for making this hot summer day that much worse. And Hooray for late stage capitalism and consumerism.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to replace our classic Vertuo machine. I appreciate the concentrated iced feature (double click start) although I have yet to try if it is, indeed, more concentrated. The machine is more compact horizontally, but it is longer than the classic machine, which surprised me and the sleekness is still off-set by the water container off the back.

This was a gift so although we did not choose it, we are very happy with it and we use it daily. We did have a problem with it. The pod holder broke but it was under warranty so it was replaced. No problems since then.

Terrible product
I have had 2 machines fail on me. Both for different reasons. Would not recommend this product at all. They seem to last just until the warranty runs out
