Emma and Oliver Five Piece Patio Table Set with Metal Table with Tempered Glass Top and 4 Flex Comfort Stacking Chairs

Ordered this chair/table set for a gift, only received the chairs. Called target help and while target was extremely helpful, this company on the other hand wanted to give target and myself a problem. At first they told target they wont discuss any resolution with them and that I personally should contact them. Then target called again and eventually got them to admit the table had a shipping label but never shipped. They then told target they opened a case and they will contact me about a resolution. I never received any form of contact but eventually I got a fedex email stating I had a shipment on the way. Based off fedex information it looks like they are sending me more chairs and no table still. The fedex package has been "stuck" for days and ive never heard from the company. While target themselves were extremely helpful, this flash furniture company should be removed from this site as a 3rd party seller.

The set was not even on table we had to manipulate the screws to holes

I received this in 2 boxes. One was broken through, with the top part of the chairs sticking out and missing the caps on one. When I opened the box, it was the wrong color. Target was no assistance when I called them right away. Dalicious in customer service said we could only bring it back to the store or they could pick it up, but we would not have a receipt provided that it was taken back. When I called the company for a resolution (Target would not provide their phone number, and I had to find it hidden in the paperwork), they told me I had to go directly through Target and would not assist. I had to lug 2 huge and heavy boxes back to the store to return them. Good thing I have an SUV. I have never received this kind of return experience from Target before, nor from other competitors. In addition, the quality for the money did not seem comparable. Nevertheless, I would have kept it if the correct color came. Just because I had to return such a heavy, large item to the store, I did not want to chance ordering from them again.

Only received table and 1 chair. Never received other chairs after multiple calls. Only solution is to return.

Don't Buy, bad product packaging, not all items shipped, very bad customer service

A little on the small size but definitely a good set

Zero assembly directions included with no online access. Had to figure it out with some errors. Requires two people to assemble. As said in another review, the way the top attaches to the legs is questionable. Great value at sale price of $135. Chairs are fairly comfortable and came preassembled.

The product is really not worth the price, Both the table and the chairs are unstable and wobbly The table is mostly not strong The connection of the table legs to the table is without direct screws only built on pressure, and this is not successful!

I wish the table was a little bit higher, like 4 more inches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The perfect addition to our backyard. It was easy to set up. My teenagers set it up with little guidance from the parents. It is very well made and send like it can hold up to my crazy family so far. We haven't installed an umbrella yet but it is an option we'll consider later.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful outdoor set. Vert sturdy and easy to put together. I think it took me about 30 mins to put the table together. The chairs were also already put together which was a god send! I was so excited. But the set is really beautiful and I can't wait to enjoy it for many summers to come

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've wanted one for so long. It was delivered inb2wo boxes. It was packaged very well. And it was very easy to assemble. The size is perfect. Plenty of room for outdoor meals. The glass is nice and thick. And the table and chairs are nice and sturdy. The chairs are so comfortable as they are. No cushion needed. And the material is easy to clean. I am very satisfied with this. And can't wait to enjoy it for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Brazos 5 Piece Outdoor Patio Dining Set - 55" Tempered Glass Patio Table with Umbrella Hole, 4 Brown Flex Comfort Stack Chairs and it’s beautiful. My husband put everything together with no problem took him maybe 45 minutes. The chairs are so comfortable and love that they are stackable. The tempered glass table is so pretty only thing I need to do is get the perfect umbrella. I couldn’t be more pleased with it

I am completely impressed with the quality and comfort of this patio chair set. The chairs material helps breathe here in the Texas heat and the tempered glass is very strong and durable. Looks great in my backyard. So glad I bought this, my wife and I love having breakfast outside before it gets too hot. Highly recommend!
