Ok but not strong enough for coffee
It takes a lot to get the flavor across in a mug of coffee. I prefer it with my teas, but even then the flavor just doesn’t get across without adding a ton

Naturally sweetened Cinnamon Dolce Syrup
I ordered the naturally sweetened variety because I wanted to decrease my consumption of the Splenda mixes. I was extremely disappointed in all seven of the naturally sweetened coffee syrups that I ordered. They all had an odd chemical smell. None of them tasted like what they were supposed to taste like. They barely had a flavor at all. Had to use twice as much of the product as recommended to even begin to taste it. None of them meet my expectations. They were definitely sub par when compared to the other flavors we have ordered before. I highly doubt that I will order any more of the naturally sweetened versions. I was very disappointed.

Not very good
I bought this flavor some time ago (late to review) because my favorite flavor (brown sugar cinnamon) was unavailable. I was told that this was equivalent but it is not. I do not like this flavor. Luckily the brown sugar was offered again so I bought a bunch of bottles.
From Customer Service team
I’m really sorry to hear that—especially when you were expecting something close to your favorite. It’s such a letdown when a replacement doesn’t live up to what you love. I’m glad the brown sugar cinnamon came back though, and it’s great you were able to stock up on the one you enjoy most ❤️ We appreciate the feedback you have provided. We love hearing from our customers as we're always working to improve our products constantly. We'll direct this to our innovation team for improvements. Just ok
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited for this one, but it didn’t wow me like the others I’ve bought before. It just wasn’t very cinnamony. The dolce part is there, but overall, it was just ok.
From Customer Service team
I’m really sorry to hear that. 😔 It’s disappointing when a flavor you were excited about doesn’t live up to your expectations, especially when you’ve loved others before. I completely understand how that can feel underwhelming, and it’s frustrating when the cinnamon note you were hoping for didn’t come through. We appreciate the feedback you have provided. We love hearing from our customers as we're always working to improve our products constantly. We'll direct this to our innovation team for improvements.

Amazing!
I have missed the SF Cinnamon Dolce flavor at Starbucks since they discontinued it several years ago. This is my new go-to for that flavor.
From Customer Service team
Yes! So glad you found your new go-to—nothing like that Cinnamon Dolce vibe to make everything better. Cheers to rediscovering a favorite flavor! 🎉✨

Sugar alcohol is all you taste
This tastes terrible. I have type 1 diabetes so I’ve been using diet versions and sugar free things most of my life. This might be the worst sugar free syrup I’ve ever tried. It doesn’t even taste like cinnamon, just plain sugar alcohol.

Cinnamon Forward
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this flavor at home for a long time and have yet to even make a dent in the bottle. It's very cinnamon-forward, has an almost Fireball level cinnamon flavor, which is a lot for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No sugar free aftertaste. I love these syrups and love even more that they are made with natural sweeteners.
