Do NOT work in Keurig
I tried 4 pods & NONE of them worked in my Keurig, brewed slightly brownish hot water. Smells amazing but completely worthless & a waste of $. This is the 2nd time I’ve tried Good & Gather K-cups & both were a FAIL! I have a standard Keurig machine. #disappointing

Redesign needed for good & gather coffee pods! I also show the tool i use to puncture the pods.
As much as I enjoy the good and gather coffee flavors, the packaging causes a lot of prep to successfully make each cup in my Keurig. The plastic caps bend rather than break. I appreciate that the goal for using plastic rather than foil like name brands use was to make each cup more recyclable, but the mess that’s caused when the hot water is blocked by the dimpled rather than pierced caps is so frustrating! I have to keep a tool next to my Keurig to punch through the dimpled/bent plastic. Ugh! My photos show the difference between the foil Starbucks cup and the plastic good & gather cup. Very little water can make it through the g&g so coffee grounds & water back up and overflow. I also show the tool I use to further puncture the pod covers.

K-Cup Plastic Seal Problem
The coffee tastes fine (not as good as coffee shop, but it’s a K-Cup after all). As other reviewers have stated, the problem is the cups themselves. I’ve bought the G&G K-Cups for years. However, after my last two purchases of the Toasted Coconut and Double Chocolate K-Cups, I won’t be buying them again, or at least until the problem with the covers is solved. The problem appears to be isolated to the plastic covers. The G&G Hot Cocoa K-Cups, which have foil covers, work fine. I’ve resorted to puncturing the plastic covers with a sharp knife to allow the Keurig’s water nozzles to seat inside the K-Cups, but this workaround is not an acceptable solution.

I thought something was wrong with my Keurig when I first used this - I knew it was a light roast, but what was in my cup just looked like dirty water complete with coffee grounds. I didn't know if it was my machine or the pods, so I tried another and there's something with the plastic cover on top that lets all the water shoot around the cup instead of into it. Used a Starbucks pod immediately after the second failed and it worked perfectly fine. I never leave bad reviews but these are terrible and people should be warned.
