Beats don't even compare th the JBLs
Love them. Expected my spouse's Beats Pro Studio to sound better, BUT... theses headphones surpass the Beats in sound quality. The rich bass and highs clarity are as impressive as my JBL M-Pro audio speakers.

JBL Headphones Are the Best
I have owned headphones from four different, highly rated companies, I just bought a second pair of JBL Tour One M2 headphones (first pair for the living room; second pair for the master bedroom). Headphones from other companies had serious problems: Ear covers falling apart, failure to remain connected, etc. My JBL headphones connect every time, are comfortable, are well built, and produce great sound.

Great Quality
The JBL headphones are an awesome addition to my television system. As my wife teaches piano in the adjacent room, these headphones cut out all external noise and allows me to hear my audiobooks easily. They are light in weight and the battery lasts a lot longer than my previous set.

Good Sound and comfortable
These Headphones are awesome i've had a few pairs. The sound is good, however there are a few things that drive me nuts. If you wear glasses and are working-out they DO NOT seal all the noise when in "noise canceling" mode, because there are air spaces when headphones make contact with glasses arms.

Underwhelmed
Love my other JBL products. These are fine, expected more for the price. May return for a less expensive version or a different brand.

Poor Quality?
After charging for several hours the expensive Tour One M2 don't seem to work. It is frustrating when you purchase a product from the vendor and they arrive faulty.

Great case and comfort BUT..
I brought these headphone about 10 months ago, they are super comfortable, but still a little on the big size for the band going across. BUT, the biggest issuses I have found they are not even good at noise cancelling my previous headphones that were less than half the price had better noise cancelling and would not keep disconnecting and reconnecting, and making static noises very loudly. These issuse are very annoyin, i had tried all the fixes said to do but nothing changes. The static/pulsing nosie is very painful for someone with senstive hearing and suffering from headache. Otherwise I love this headphone, especially the case they come with.

Brilliant sound at this price level
As a hi-fi 'old timer' I've spent about 50 years listening to all types of speakers and headphones. I needed something to replace my high-end open backed headphones so I could listen to music in peace whilst my wife watches TV. After trying all the top over-ear headphones I decided that the JLB tour one M2 offered the best sound/price combination with very crisp clear sound throughout the entire frequency range. Slightly bass heavy but tight and no annoying upper-bass muddle. Lots of detail and quite flat response means they sound good on virtually all input including music and speech. Noise cancellation is adequate.

Low quality product
I bought this a year ago. Very disappointed. Cheap plastic and the inner cushion lining is coming apart in bits. Haven’t used it much. The plastic is so cheap that it is disintegrating bit by bit. A reputed brand producing such low quality products is a shame. I have used other brand headphones, which are durable and long lasting.

Headphones Cracked and broke
While i did like the headphones overall before they broke. i had them for less than a year and cracks starting appearing within less than a month of receiving them. as i continued to use them shards of plastic began to fall out as the cracks got worse and the seam of the right earphone split. the headphones also had trouble detecting if i was wearing them or not and so the hear through and noise cancelling would switch on and off at random. not long before they fully broke the audio would also crackle and pop when in use. i never dropped these headphones, the damage was caused simply by wearing them. a friend of mine has similar headphones and theirs also has cracks in the same places mine did, albeit not as many and theirs haven't fallen apart (yet). im very disappointed in this product, it was a very good pair of headphones but its not worth it if they barely lasted.

Wanted to love, just got annoyed
I really wanted to like these. At first I did, once I trained myself to not activate the voice assistant every time I took them off. JBL- the voice assistant needs to be able to be turned off! Then came an update. This update killed the volume levels and made the ANC (active noise cancellation) much less effective. I reset to original state, but the ANC remained much worse. Certain frequencies seem to not be affected at all by the ANC. Here's the killer for me: these things CREAK like crazy, and the ANC lets it all thru. I can hear multiple creaks as plastic parts grind together just turning my head. These things sound good (though its easy to screw that up with the ridiculous amount of redundant adjustments you can make in the app), and they're comfortable. The battery life is pretty amazing. But it seems like its just another product where they update constantly, but don't vet the update. I have several electronic products that I can NEVER update, because the update is not an improvement.

Great overall headphone.
I have been using them for 1 months. They are great. 1. Great comfort. They dont press on my ears and cover most of it. 2. Audio is good. I am very satisfied. I an not an expert to give that kind of judgement, but everyday user will be satisfied. 3. App is good. I wish by default, ANC could be switched off to extend battery life. The only con. But it can be disabled by pressing one button. 4. Mic is very good. One of the best from what I have tried. Good at isolating crowd noise, traffic, cars, inside bus. The other user can hear ur voice. This was one of the biggest features I was looking for. Highly recommend to buy these.

About as robust as an eggshell.
I have owned 2 pairs of the Tour One M2 and one pair of the M1's. All of them broke in the first 4 months of ownership. It's a shame about their shoddy materials or design because the sound quality and features are great. The M2's addressed the buggy parts that I hated about the M1's. The only note I had - was that you couldn't wear them with a hoodie because it kept pausing the music... But yeah - probably don't buy them if you need something robust.

Bad design
The built is so weak. One of the hinge broke and now its unwearable. When I filed the complaint, they only offer disc on next product instead of replacement offer.
