Bought these just over a year ago and they have just broken despite my love and value for them- missed the warranty deal by less than a week. Apart from that they have been great, disappointing that they seem to be a product designed to last just longer than the warranty. I'm a student - can't afford any new ones :( I suggest finding a pair with better longevity

The best headphones I could ever order. I bought them for my boyfriend's birthday, but I think I'll have to save up and buy some for myself. They're great at blocking out ambient noise. The best experience my boyfriend could have was sitting on a plane, above the engines, he couldn't hear them at all. We are currently on vacation with family and we are bragging about them to everyone

Thanks for your feedback. To isolate the issue, please make sure that your JBL Live 770NC as the output device. We also recommend refreshing the Bluetooth on your PC settings. Make sure the airplane mode is off. Next, turn the Bluetooth on and off. Lastly, remove the Bluetooth device, then add it again. No way to turn off/turn down system sounds. There is no option to modify start up sound for the jbl live 770 from the app. These system sounds are REALLY loud.

They do what they advertise! They are easy to set up and turn off an on. The blue is such a great color blue. However, they are not for people who run warm or hot. I find the area around my ear hot and sweaty. The tap to skip feature is sometimes too sensitive. I keep accidentally setting it off. Overall, I like them and the price was great too.

I bought these for an event where the decibels reached over 130. Even with the noise cancelling on, it was still unbearably loud, albeit muffled. With all the hype and expense of these, I was hoping for true noise cancelling. At lower decibels, I can still hear everything as normal. I have very sensitive ears and need something to cancel noise, which I thought, I don’t know, noise cancelling headphones would do.

I had previous JBL headphones I loved and received the Live 770NC for Christmas in 2023. They have been my favorite since. The battery life advertised holds true and I would also add that the headphones don't lose battery life sitting unused. I've had them last a month on one charge when I wasn't using them daily.

I bought it couple weeks ago and I love the ambient noise cancelling and the quality of the sound but if I accidentally tap on the JBL logo it will start reading the notification from my phone and it annoys me. But otherwise I love it. And would recommend it to others.

These JBL pair have exceeded my expectations. I have used a pair before the sound quality wasn’t the best and they were not comfortable and ever since I had moved over to apple AirPods until I got these. They are exceptionally comfortable on my ears and head and sit perfectly and I have started using them inside the house when relaxing as well as when doing chores such as washing the car at the weekend and they don’t move or come off at all which is a bonus for me as this was rather tricky with AirPods making sure I don’t knock them off and lose them. They connected really quickly with my phone, buttons were easy to figure out and use and the sound quality is very crisp and the noise cancelling is great that just quietens everything around you. I would definitely recommend these and look forward to my continued use

I bought these for general use and mainly to connect to my tablet to watch films and tv shows. For that purpose they have been excellent with real clarity for and dialogue scenes. On the end of the scale the bass has been excellent for fast paced action scenes as well. The battery life is really good and feel i hardly have to charge them, plus they charge very quickly when i need to as well. The battery indicator on my tablet and phone are extremely useful and give me enough of a heads up not to be left with dead headphones. I've been using the headphones for skype and WhatsApp video as well and again they are excellent at cancelling our background noise as well as the receivers being able to hear me loud and clear. The microphone seems to dull out background noise for the receiver as well, so can definitely be used in a loud environment. You do need to download the app to make sure the settings are synced up for video as at first i was experiencing some lag, but after adjust the sound for video i've had no problems. The headhphones are easy to carry in my handbag after folding, while also being comfortable to wear for longer occasions. Overall very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend.
