Thin metal, cheap construction, warps easily. Buyer's remorse, should have stuck with a name brand.

Mine did not come with the bolts and nuts. Would anyone know the size of the bolt?

It is easy to use by placing oil in the pot and the foods you would like to fry in the perforated basket. I like having this as opposed to a dedicated fryer that will take up counter space. I can easily store this with my other pots and pans when not in use.

The basket is so easy to drop down into the correct sized pan and cover with the included lid as your food fries. I've done several foods and all have turned out very good with this. I like that I can use the basket to easily drop the food in, take it out when it's done, and then allow the excess oil to drip back into the pot before I dump it onto a plate.

The handle is secured on with rivets which makes it super secure and when you're cooking with a big heavy pot you need to make sure the handles are secure and you won't get burned. You can use this to fry all sorts of things like chicken and fish or fries and hush puppies are just a few examples and if you don't want to fry your food and you need a big pot for soups, stews or chili this is perfect. Just remove the inner frying basket and you're ready to go. I love it and recommend it!

I fried fish in it and it came out good. I used the strainer so l can just lift the fish out of oil without using tongs to do it. These handles don't get hot during cooking time! It's a very good size for us especially when my wife makes spaghetti for a party! great quality and easy to clean with the lid that fits perfectly.

The handles make it easy to maneuver the pot. It's great for frying most, but I prefer my shrimp. However, you can remove the basket and make your favorite chili. I really satisfied with the quality and size of this system. The only problem is that I can't get my wife to cook! :)

There's a ledge that allows the pot to remain on top to have the oil drip down to the bottom. No more any need to hold the handle and wear out your strength. The actual pot with the oil is also completely strong and super quality! Well done!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic pot - not just for deep frying, but in general. 10 quarts is larger than you might think, this thing could easily handle several pieces of chicken without any crowding or sticking which I think is perfect. In fact it's so large that it almost doesn't fit in the compartments of my sink, though thankfully that hasn't been an issue. It cleans really easily and as long as you dry it well, it won't stain or discolor at all. I also like the classy look, with the simple logo on the front of the pot and the max fill line on the back (which is really useful). The basket is good, but feels a little cheap compared to the pot, like it's made of a thinner material. Also, you have to screw on the handle with four included screws, which took a minute but wasn't an issue at all, like the pot itself it feels durable and made to last. I really love the thermometer it came with, it absolutely didn't need to come with one but not only is it nice to have, it's also incredibly high-quality and quite pretty. It works perfectly (I tested it in a bath of ice water as well as a pot of water that I set to various temperatures with a sous vide machine) and even includes a tiny little cap to protect the tip, for storage. Just a great little bonus, since I was already more than happy with the pot/basket. If you need a very large pot, for deep frying or other applications such as sous vide/boiling/etc, I can highly recommend this one. It's easily one of the sleekest pieces of cookware I own and incredibly useful to boot.

The Pan heat evenly and cooks up fast. I would highly recommend this pan and stainless-steel strainer it is well worth the money spent.
