as many other reviewers stated, this is not at all like the original flossers. these new ones are not smooth, not gentle. it’s an entirely different floss in the same packaging. I thought I must have purchased the wrong ones (even though these were in my “buy again” list. I don’t recommend these ones. They are the same as any basic cheap floss sticks . will have to find a different brand that makes smooth gliding wider width floss sticks now

They used to be great floss tape. Easy on the gums and made me bleed just a little bit. This new string hurts, makes me bleed a lot, and got stuck so I had to cut it apart.

Used to be the best, now the worst. Changed the type and width of floss. Now is very thin and ineffective. My husband had to cut it out of my tooth, got stuck!!

They changed the design of this for the worst. The old one was better.

Product has changed from smooth glide tape to awful string that hurts. It is in the same packaging so didn’t notice until too late. Time to move to another brand.

Fraudulent- changed only 1 word on the package but an entirely different product is inside. I loved the old ones, they were smooth and perfect. these new ones hurt. returning. change back!!!

Works great for sensitive gums! I will say the floss is on the thinner side, but it wasn’t an issue for me!

So much bleeding! I will return these. Thought I would try something new as my basic floss company I’ve used my whole life changed their floss design. Well, I have never had so much gum bleeding! The thread on this product is rough! Difficult to apply around teeth, and scrapes those gums when impacted. The package opening is bad, too. Overall, it's a miss for me.

I was a fan of the tape frost and they completely changed it but have the same packaging.

Product is different. I reordered from my history purchase of this floss which used to be Smooth Gentle Floss Tape but is awful. Bring back the original product.

I’ve never thought to read reviews about floss. Im expecting a refund on this one ! Feels like I’ve been robbed. These shred my gums!!!!! Terrible!!!!!

Changed the floss type. Now it’s thread like string, they were better before.

Very misleading to keep the same packaging but change to a thin painful string. Left is the same product in March, right is from today.

I’ve only purchased these once, and from reading the other reviews, it seems like I bought the former version with the thicker strings. However, these are TERRIBLE. If you have even the tiniest bit of tightness between your teeth, there’s about an 80% chance that the string will break. Sometimes, I go through three just to floss once. From the other reviews, it seems like the newer version aren’t much better. I wanted flossers that are more planet-friendly than the other name-brand ones, but these are just disappointing, no matter which way you spin it.

they changed their floss for the worst. it used to be perfect but now it’s a thin thread that just shreds my gums. will no longer be purchasing.

Why did Grin change these??? I used to always buy these floss picks and the floss has completely changed. My teeth are very close together and the old version was so easy to floss, not anymore! Guess I won’t be buying this anymore :(

These used to have a silky smooth, thick floss and now it’s been replaced with a thin, pink string that feels rough and gets stuck between my teeth. Seems like the company got cheap and decided to completely change their product. Will never buy again. (Unless they change it back, because I did enjoy the smooth, thick floss and the way it glided between my teeth).

I should’ve looked in the clear window on the back. It said, smooth and gentle and the image on the front shows a flat string. It’s just like other floss now and it’s too rough
