great scale
I have used this scale for the past two years. It connect to my Garmin app which tracks my weight. Might take a minute to first get set up with the wifi connection but after that youre good to go. I recommend this product.

Confusing
I love the look and the idea of the scale. I am not particularly happy that it sometimes weighs me 4 pounds heavier. I have a very small area to keep a scale so I have to stand it up on its end, like I have done with my old scale. It never weighs me correctly. It adds 4 pounds to my weight. I have to reset it to zero a few times before it gets to weigh me accurately. I have tried to lay it flat and then lift it up to move it to an area I can actually stand on it (like I said, I have a small area in which to put a scale) and it sometimes still adds 4 pounds. I will probably have to return this. It is too expensive not to be accurate.

Nice scale with advanced features
I like the scale. Connectivity has not been a problem in the past few weeks I have had the scale. The real issue I have is with the Connect app and it's lack of trending and reporting specifically for the scale and scale measurements. The app significantly lacks Withings and a few other smart scales that I have used previously. Considering returning my S2 specifically because of it's app interface.

Garmin smart scale
This is a solid ad as a Garmin watch user and someone who has been looking closer at their fitness. I like the scales simplicity personalized user experience and auto syncing to track my weight throughout the day and overtime. The only issue I have is that it seems you have to tap it pretty hard to make it wake up. All things considered. I would recommend FSA eligible as well, which is nice.

It's alright compared to V1
I had version one till I got this for Xmas. It's not quite the upgrade I thought it would be. Mainly because it is a bunch of redundant information I see on Garmin Connect, which I am on a lot and prefer to view there rather than on the scale screen. Also, on a wood floor, I have to "tap it" before stepping on it. For some reason, if I just step on it, it doesn't recognize that I am standing on it. not a big deal, but weird.

Works well
First one would not connect to internet. Called garmin and there tech guy asked a few questions and said they would replace it. The new one came and it works great. The body fat to be accurate needs a dexa scan. I didn’t know that. I have Garmin everything so it works well with the watch and blood pressure monitor. It all logs it automatically. That is pretty cool. I gave it 4 because of the first scale not working and they should tell you about the scan

Great scale and integration with Garmin
The scale is great, BUT the accuracy of the body composition is questionable. Unfortunately, I did the research after the purchase which verified my findings. That said, I did get my body composition measured and plugged those numbers in to calibrate the scale and it seems better now.

Not a fan
Not a fan. Thought I’d like it because it loads to the app. I returned it. Didn’t do the body composition markers I was looking for. When I compared it to the one I have now the markers it did do were the same so I returned it.

Mostly happy!
The only complaint I have is that it is very complicated to set up profiles for my kids and they all have the kid Garmin Bounce watch so I feel like is should be easier to do.

Overall good scale
I like the connectivity and device as a scale. It's nice to see trends and data on the beautiful display. I also like that it's in my garmin app. I'm disappointed that the bmi doesn't seem accurate and seems based on generic metrics of height and weight.

If you want more than 1 user, don't waste your $
We bought the scale to add a 2nd user. It won't pair the 2nd user. We will be returning the device.

Very difficult
Very difficult to connect to iPhone, (maybe that’s intentional). My husband got the scale for Christmas, connects to his Garmin watch and android phone perfectly. He wanted to add me, to do so we have spent A LOT of time over different days trying to connect. Now connected, still the stats aren’t showing on my phone. Unbelievable! Probably tomorrow the data will be there… Hopefully, you can improve this for other users.

Good product
I really like it when it is attached to my app, unfortunately most of the time I’ve had it it won’t attach or stay attached to the app.

Great Piece of Equipment
I use a Garmin Edge 1040 for cycling. I decided I would like to track all my health stats via the Connect app, so I purchased the Garmin Venu 4 watch and the Garmin Index S2 Smart Scale. All three of these devices sync with the Garmin Connect app and analyzes my health data. I feel this will be a huge asset to me getting healthier.

Body Fat Percentage is disturbingly off
The body fat percentage shouldn’t even be active until Garmin fixes it. It is so wrong that it is worse having this reading than not having it at all

Good information; but, no comparison to range
Like the scale; however, there seems to be no information from Garman on the information provided. For example, how do I compare my bone density or body mass to what? A score of XXX compared to what range? A body mass index score, by itself, tells me nothing or I don't know compared to what!

Good but...
The scale is great but the main reason for buying it was the data it would send to the Connect app so I can track things. The scale uploads every time I use it but the data has yet to show up in the app. Reading through the forums it seems like a lot of people are running into the same thing. Very disappointed that they can't get this working. I was hoping to use this in conjunction with my watch to further refine my workouts. 3 stars because it still works as a scale, just an expensive scale at this point though.

Nice Scale
I’m happy with the scale. I do wish it had additional metrics like my Oxiline Scale X Pro does. If you can catch this on sale, even better. I do like the connectivity between the Connect app.
