I didn’t read the reviews before hand unfortunately. These are MINI macarons. I wouldn’t really consider the filling gelato. Taste like normal filling, and very minimal filling at that. The macaron itself had good flavor and texture, but I wouldn’t buy again. Not worth the money.

Good flavor but nothing like the pix
Mine didn't look anything like the posted photos or reviewer photos, which makes me believe that mine were already melted at drive-up. Mine were a soggy mess but they did have good flavor. No gelato in mine, just a thin, sticky layer of something. Again, I think the store left my box out and they melted and shouldn't have been consumed.

Salted caramel bad
This macaroons taste okay, quite salty. The salted caramel tastes disgusting. I like the raspberry one. The chocolate one was whatever. I won’t repurchase this. Sorry. I love that target is trying new things because I get tired of the same old things. But this I didn’t love. I’ll try the other new ice creams next.

Thawing makes them crisp and not soggy
Upon first receiving these I ripped the box open and ate a pink one and it was soggy kinda of disappointing so I put the box down. I came back 10 minutes later and it was actually better. Not soggy anymore somehow. Thawing lets them crisp up. Not traditional macarons but they were good

These were delicious! The salted caramel one had a wonder flavor but was lacking filling. The chocolate one tasted like chocolate ice cream and was generously filled. The raspberry had a strong, yummy flavor but the cookie part was very dry compared to the other flavors. Not traditional macarons but still very yummy!

I have never had Macarons before, inspired by my pms cravings I got to enjoy them today. My salt Caramel was a little soggy but these were it for me!! I truly enjoyed them! Salted Caramel and Raspberry were my favorites! I’m not a big fan of chocolate but I did enjoy it!
