Horrible smell
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this was going to be a top tier product and I was wrong I did its job with washing my hair but the smell was horrible smells nothing like coconut vanilla I can't even describe what the smell was and left my hair reeking so much though I had to use another product just to get rid of the smell.

Works okay if you can get the bottle open
The coconut vanilla scent is nice while it lasts. It isn’t a great conditioner, but it isn’t awful. My main issue is that you can’t open the bottle without a pair of pliers and a degree in engineering. I won’t be purchasing again because after trying myriad suggested methods for unlocking the bottle, I can’t do it. I am not spending my hard earned money on a product I have to fight with. There are literally hundreds of websites addressing this problem, so I can only assume that Native thinks it is cute or edgy to frustrate their own customers. Do better.
