    Where's the toffee?

    inadequate amount of toffee to label milk chocolate and toffee. The pretzels should have been dipped in chocolate, then dipped in toffee. Then lightly dusted with fine salt. Otherwise I only purchased chocolate covered pretzels with toffee in the bottom of the bag . And there was a minute amount toffee in the bottom of the bag.
