After seeing a review that likened this to the famous Garrett Popcorn Garrett mix, I decided to buy it. Our taste buds are truly not the same OR I just got a bad bag. The caramel popcorn was pretty good but something was off with the cheese flavored popcorn. I don’t even want to try another piece to better explain my displeasure. If Cretors offers a Caramel only bag, I’d purchase it, but this mix is a no go. As with all bagged snacks, you’re pretty much only getting half of the bag, if that, but the price isn’t too bad.

Shake the bag before you eat. The caramel ones sink to the bottom. Really great taste reminiscent of the Christmas popcorn tins. I unfortunately had to give 3 stars because the kernels are terrible. There are so many hard kernels I was afraid I was going to break a tooth.

Tasty treat! The kernels are always fluffy and “full” with minimal dud kernels. The caramel has a great taste and texture, the cheese does as well. Be warned, the caramel is heavier than the cheese and will tend to settle toward the bottom, so when you open the bag you’ll want to gently mix them if you want an even ratio! I buy a few bags when they go on sale and stow them away for a nice movie night treat with the family.
