Q: On *proprietary blend -does that ingredient contain other types of magnesium? Per the 14+ ingred. panel, it looks like it contains 20% ish of daily value. 20% Dv. doesn’t sound like much.

  • A: Hello. Thank you for your question. The proprietary blend is made up of Methylsulfonylmethane, Silicon Dioxide, Hesperidin, Boron Citrate. There is no Magnesium listed in the blend. Additionally, when it comes to formulating, we consider nutrient synergy, solubility, as well as Recommended Daily Allowances, “Tolerable Upper Intake Levels” (ULs), and other guidances by the FDA, and current scientific evidence to help determine how much of any given ingredient should go into our product.

    I took it once and woke up with the worst body aches, the worst migraine w/aura and the most intense GI pain imaginable. I have never felt anything like this EVER, my entire body is in excruciating pain. The only good thing is the taste.

    Great Product

    Love the flavor! Way better than the other flavors I've tried. I love that I can take this before bed. I haven't noticed a calming effect or better sleep as of yet, but I'll continue to take it and see what happens over time. It's labeled as vegan and dairy free so that is a huge plus for me and my sensitivities.

    woke up at 2am with unusual anxiety. Im very body sensitive to everything and I just couldn't take this. It made me fall asleep incredibly fast but I didn't like the anxiety upon waking.

    Great sleep!

    Worked better than magnesium tablets, for me

    I think this product helps me fall asleep faster AND helps keep me asleep all night. I notice a difference if I don’t take it. My best results are taking it about 1-2 hours before going to bed. I admit I have to white knuckle the flavor of it, as it seems to get stronger/more bitter when the bottle has been opened a few weeks. I keep in refrigerator, and measure out in a shot glass 2 tablespoons. I have not noticed any bowel problems with this supplement. I give it 4 stars only because the taste is strong, but knowing how well it works, I can muscle it down!

    Love it

    I take this about 30 min before bed. I feel it does help me wake up less during the night. I know some reviews in the past scared me because they mentioned having nightmares. That is not the case for me. Mainly taking it because I think i could help out my mineral intake and I enjoy the taste.

    My forever favorite!
