Table was sent with missing parts. Was told they couldn’t be “found” afterwards. Target representative told me to buy another table and return the one with missing parts. Smh

Disappointed
Assembly was not hard. I was able to put it together by myself in about 2 hours. I did, however, find the holes for the dowels too shallow or too deep in quite a few places. One so shallow that it caused the particle board to break on the visible side of the table. The part that comes up is also very wobbly, not sure how stable it will be or how much it will be able to hold. My biggest disappointment was that this is in fact made with particle board or something similar. The description says "wood" for this color, as opposed to particle board or something else like the other colors. Do not be deceived like me. I have been searching for a table like this for a couple years and bought this one because I thought it finally met my requirement of being durable wood, but I was wrong.

Cheap unsturdy piece of furniture
I had great hopes for this but the hinges aren't strong enough to hold anything but one cup. It also does not close smoothly at the same. One side closes before the other. It defeats the purpose of buying a coffee table that lifts up. It is a good idea but they needed a better hinges.. Sturdier hardware and a thicker piece of wood on top.

Great piece!
Love this! Our house doesn’t have the space for a dining table so we needed something versatile and this is wonderful! The extra storage space inside and underneath is an added bonus. Assembly was…long but not difficult. Definitely recommend.

Couldn't Be More Pleasantly Surprised
The pop-up desk feature with the underneath storage is very cool. It has a handsome Mid-Century style look, and I'm impressed with the overall quality considering the price.

Great product but…
The table itself is great. It was pretty easy to put together. I feel like it's important to know it isn't actual wood. But other than that it was great

Silent Operation Wins Points
Bought this for my home office. The lift mechanism is whisper-quiet even when adjusting during Zoom calls. No more annoying creaks like our previous IKEA table.

Looks good but..
I had to hire a contractor to put this thing together. It is not easily assembled, and pieces and components broke during the process due to misalignment and poor quality. While the end product looks cute, there is no way we could have assembled this without using a professional!

Cute and affordable
This coffee table is perfect size for our living room and super cute, and we love the lift up feature. It looks good quality, but was not expensive, so I think a good deal! I love the extra storage it has also. I do have to use 2 hands to lift it up, wish I could lift with 1 hand, but it's a little too wobbly to properly open with 1 hand.

Need a work area near your sleeping area? This is the answer
If you are the person who sleeps in a futton or couch, then works at the couch doing zoom calls and eats while watching Youtube videos from your ipad or computer - THIS IS YOUR ANSWER!. You do not need to scoot down. It also serves a storage unit - documents, books, desk things, plates, or in my case, my clothes. It was a filling area for papers. It was hard to assemble this though. It took me maybe an hour or more since I misunderstood a direction, so I had to redo some re-assembling which was still ok. It's on a pricier side but for the many purposes it has (storage, work desk, coffee stable, paper organizer), it's probably worth your money.

Height Adjustability is great
This table has transformed how we use our living room. Easily switches between coffee table height and dining table mode for kids' meals. The pneumatic lift feels premium compared to my old wobbly spring-based table.

Mostly Excellent, One Annoyance
The manual lift mode works fine, but the memory button sometimes gets stuck between settings. Would appreciate a physical lock for the programmed heights.

Nearly Perfect, Minor Quirk
Love everything except the lift speed - takes 10 seconds to go full height. Would be 5 stars if quicker, but still way better than cheaper tables I've tried.

We have two energetic toddlers who climb on this daily. The metal legs and engineered wood feel rock-solid. Surprised it doesn't wobble even when fully loaded with snacks and books.
