Great low Carb cracker

My husband and I have gone on a ketogenic diet. I was missing the crunch of any kind of chip, which were too high in carbs. This cracker has very low carbs (in the ketogenic diet, you subtract the fiber from the carbs to get the actual carbs absorbed). When I first got them, I had an unpleasant aftertaste in my mouth, but then my body adjusted and now I do not have the aftertaste and I like the flavor.

Healthy alternative

Flackers are a good substitute for those of us who do not eat traditional empty carb wheat/grain crackers. Make sure you drink water when eating these. The flax seeds absorb moisture in your gut and can remind you that you should drink more water when eating these. They come in many flavors, all are good, in my experience and opinion.

Flackers- Rosemary

I love the flavor and texture of this cracker, so satisfying, you only eat 2 or 3 at a time, so a box lasts a long time, great value when purchased through Swanson Site.
