Broke Immediately

We used this item twice indoors, exactly as instructed by the manufacturer, and it already has a hole that cant be patched because it is where the stitching has come undone. Additionally, the strap to connect to the inflator broke immediatley upon taking it out of the packaging. We were able to work around this, but not the hole.
