Rael Organic Disposable Period Underwear - L/XL - 5ct

These were comfortable, helped tremendously on holding any leakage. I am glad I tried them out!

These are great! I like the breathability, they feel like regular underpants. I was worried about sizing based on reviews but I think it's closer to UK sizing than US sizing. I bought the L/XL with 40" hips and they're comfortable, a bit like oversized underwear. I also like that they can be pulled apart at the side as well.

I have a very heavy flow and have always leaked through overnight pads (back and front) depending how I sleep and I wish I knew about or thought about using these at night sooner, I can sleep now without having to worry about leaking on my bed… I’m normally a size 10 in pants and buy the l/xl size and they fit perfect

Great for heavy night time periods and also postpartum/miscarriage management.

After trying the other brands, this is HANDS DOWN the BEST product as a woman with PCOS and curves. Individually wrapped, unscented, COMFY, and most importantly… padded from the rooter to the tooter! Though the other brands may look more slick and less diaper like, these are built for comfort and durability not aesthetics, but that is what makes them so reliable.

I’ve used these in the past but something is different now. Got really bad contact dermatitis from wearing these.

The L/XL nows fits me like a 2X. They need to fix the sizing and separate L from XL because I am large, not an XL and the S/M is too tight. Other than that issue, the period underwear (when they fit) are great and very absorbant.

I'm so glad I tried these. I had tried a different brand of disposable underwear and they were itchy, uncomfortable, and the cotton strip barely covered anything. I find these period underwear to be so much more comfortable. I'm kind of in between sizes, so I wear the L/XL during the day so it's less restrictive and then I wear the S/M at night so the underwear is snug to me and doesn't move around. I'm a size 12/14 in jeans and pants. I've tried washable period underwear but my period is just so heavy and I have a communal washing machine I don't always have access to, that this type of period-wear is exactly what I need. The brand I used previously discontinued my absorbency size and I really lost all hope of finding something that would work. I was using postpartum and incontinence pads for a while. With these Rael disposables, I don't dread my period or worry about period blowout anymore.

These were really soft and very absorbent, I wore them at night for my first week postpartum and I liked them a lot. The only thing is that they really look like an actual diaper so I did feel like I looked silly. I’d buy again if I ever have another baby just because they are soft and easy to rip off on the sides to dispose of

I really wanted to like this product since I have really heavy periods at the beginning of my cycle and wanted to try these for nighttime use. Sadly, when I woke up the crotch of my sleep shorts were soaked in blood, and when I stood up gravity pulled everything down and the underwear didn’t catch anything and blood came leaking down my legs and the carpet in my bedroom. Those middle panels don’t stay outward and will fold inward when you put the underwear on which is a huge issue since that is supposed to be for heavy flows. I will not be purchasing this product again until the design changes to accommodate the inner flap issues into something more like boyshorts.

I really like these because they don't leak and are very comfortable. I wish I had known about them during my postpartum period, as I kept buying pads! They were perfect for my heavy days, and I found one pair of underwear could last for hours. My bleeding period was also shorter! I discovered these through a recommendation on X/Twitter, and I've been purchasing them ever since. To me, they are better than the Always brand!

These were great to use postpartum. I appreciate the soft feel, the absorbency, and the subtle front indicator. I only wish my store carried the bigger pack.

These are so comfortable and keep me dry & clean! I use them mostly after my first two really heavy days and can wear them for many hours.

I am so excited to have found these I could cry. I have 1-2 days/month where my flow is so heavy I soak through clothes multiple times a day! Today first time wearing these over my regular underwear with pads for extra protection & went on a girls day and they saved me! I had many moments where I normally wouldve had a mess on my clothes and these stopped it. They fit fine under jeans and couldn't even tell I had them on. Game changer!

I was recently diagnosed with a bleeding disorder and these undies have changed my life. I was bleeding through everything. I was even bleeding through my thinx period panties. the coverage these have are amazing. there's no leaking out the top, the front or the sides. I didn't find them to be any bulkier than you would assume a pad would be (baggy sweats are the move for these though...) i was able to sleep in an actual comfortable position with these, and not have to prop myself up so I wouldn't have leaks out the back or front.

These are freaking awesome! So far they have worked great! I am super pleased with the comfort and feel along with the organic option of these. They are so comfy to sleep in. I have also had zero leakage while I sleep when wearing these which is a first. I will definitely be purchasing more of these!

I got these for post op hip surgery recovery as I really couldn’t handle changing pads as often and since I’d be laying all day and night the risk for leakage was higher and the cleanup would be a disaster. These are life changing. So comfortable and absorb a lot and keep things clean. Highly recommend for everyday use and for any type of recovery purposes.

These are the softest disposable period undies I’ve ever worn. Seriously they are worth the price. I got them for postpartum, specifically overnight with my first few periods, and I cannot recommend them enough. It kind of looks silly wearing a diaper but the comfort level and the fact that I didn’t leak a drop after wearing all night and in the morning… might have to make these a regular item for those heavy flow nights.

I’ve lived in these postpartum! Just buy them.
