Deceptive delivery dates
I chose to buy it because it was marked to arrive on August 30th. However, after paying, I waited until August 30th to find out that the delivery date was changed to September 4th... If it had been stated from the beginning that it would be delivered in September, I would never have bought it here!

They ship the item from a second party thousands of miles away from you by ground UPS and finally you get a damaged item which cannot be returned even due to heaviness. The customer service is poor as well. So, buy the item but not from Target

If your apartment does not "recommend" washing machines, do not order this product from Target because the shipping box says exactly what it is on the outside. Overall, the shipping experience was very bad. Arrival was delayed a week from the expected date provided at purchase. They dropped it off at the complex office, not my building. The box had a rip in it. If you need to return it but can't lift 70+ pounds, be ready for a headache. I am trying the UPS pick up method, which costs $15. Might as well have got one off Temu...

SO LOUD!!!!
This thing is comically LOUD!! (I have the small 0.9 size). When it gets to the spin cycle it starts to make the most insanely loud tapping noise. It kinda sounds like a really old car that hasn’t run for 30 years and just got turned on for the first time. I’ve only had it for a few weeks and was so excited about it because it does seem to actually clean clothes well but the noise is not manageable if you live in an apartment. I’m surprised my neighbor hasn’t come downstairs to ask me what’s going on because it probably sounds like construction is happening my bathroom. Going to see if there’s any way to return it because I’ve already thrown away the box but it’s a complete fail sadly.

Arrived Defective
Came broken. Washer continuously filled with water. Manufacturer said they couldn’t help with the part that needed to be replaced. Target customer service said I had to bring it into the store for a refund, since I didn’t have the box for ups to pick it up. Had to figure out how to get this 70lb thing into the store by myself. Was issued a refund but was not worth the hassle. Didn’t want to pay to have something fixed when I purchased brand new.

It holds a lot. Has been working great I've done clothes and towels and I'm very impressed with it. Super easy to set up. Just wish it was easier to maneuver.

Great for studio apartment

So I connected the washer to the supply lines under the sink with a T Valve and it’s working perfectly. I love that the washer has so many modes to choose from and it really washes the clothes thoroughly. Very happy with the purchase!

Great washer for small spaces.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a condo built in the 70’s. It’s been almost impossible to find a top load washer until I saw this one. After using it for several rounds I find it works quite well! My clothes are coming out clean and I like all the feature. Only thing I wish it had is a memory button so I didn’t have to input my settings every time. Other than that I don’t have any complaints. So far so great!

There's definitely a programming issue with the controls on this machine. The normal wash programming is not working. Had to be bypassed to work with another cycle of wash. Contacting B&D for options at this point.

Very Good Machine
I am very happy with my washing machine. My only question regards how to properly tip the washer to move it. As far as I can tell, the wheels don’t lower and I end up pushing the machine to the water tap. Suggestions welcome!
