Rusted Supports

The couch arrived extremely damaged. The metal springs that support the seat are rusted to an extent that makes me question its safety. I don’t know how something brand new could be this rusty! The cushions are also a lot flatter and less full than the picture implies. I’m going to try to figure out a way to return this.
