The valance fits windows up to 48" wide. If you have a wider window, you can use multiple valances to cover the entire width. The valance can be hung flat or gathered. The valance has a 3" rod pocket, which means it will fit a 2-1/2" continental rod perfectly. However, it can also be used with a regular 3/4" curtain rod or a decorative pole up to 1-3/8" diameter.
