Fresas con Crema means "strawberries with cream." It's a snack served by the cupful that's made with juicy strawberries and fluffy whipped cream! We grew up enjoying this sweet treat from snack shops around our hometown and making it for dessert at family gatherings. We created these delicious Gran Free Fresas con Crema Cookies to be as sweet as our childhood nostalgia around fresas con crema, and made them into cookies with thoughtfully selected ingredients, so more people can enjoy. ¡Buen provecho!

These are so good! I hope they will become a permanent flavor! I have to be careful with what I eat and these are “safe,” but their other flavors are drrrrryyyy and taste like salty sawdust to me. These are bright and sweet. A perfect pick me up. I love their pretty color too!

I would normally buy every single siete product but I’m now seeing the use of cane sugar in addition to the coconut sugar. Please take out the cane sugar. I can’t justify buying these anymore with the cane sugar in it!

Suprisingly delightful malted texture
I was already in love with the Siete wedding cookies. When a friend turned me on to their Stawberries & Cream (Fresas con Crema) offering. I don't know how crushing pecans results in a malted texture... as I've only experienced a gluten-free malted effect with maca root powder. Which I use in my own cooking, baking, and milkshake making. All I do know is Siete continues to impress with their quality ingredients and inventive takes on many wonderful Mexican classics. The flavor itself is lightly sweet. Which just the right amount of powdered sugary goodness to bring out the kid in me. Would definitely recommend.

Very few packaged sweet treats get strawberries and cream right, but these are amazing! I've been enjoying sprinkling some crushed freeze dried strawberries on top of them for a stronger strawberry punch. But they're great on their own too.
