Pretty good for what I wanted which was lower (not low but lower than any other premade meal) sodium. I’ve been eating low sodium for 6 months and mostly have to cook everything from scratch. This was nice for a break. I’d like it to be spicier, it was about a 1 on the curry spice scale.

This was really good. Kevin’s is a clean ingredient option for quick frozen meals. If you’re use to the standard American diet and eat like crap, you’re not going to enjoy this. This was flavorful, bright and enjoyable. For my healthy people out there this was yummy.

Meat and curry were good quality, however the packaging really was not very clear at all that it is Cauliflower rice, which some people might like, but it’s not pleasant at all when you aren’t expecting it.

Too hot for me. I added 4 tablespoons of yogurt to the bowl after my first bite and I still finished with blazing mouth. The quality of food is very good and generous amount of protein. But the 3 dinners I bought were all the same. Brown rice, broccoli, carrots, chicken. Only sauces differed.
