DISGUSTING
I usually never write reviews but this was so egregious I have to warn others. I wouldn’t even feed this to an animal. Listen to the negative reviews, they’re all correct when they say this is a tasteless, watery, unappetizing concoction of dry chicken and soggy vegetables and whatever poor excuse for seasoning they put in this thing (if any). It doesn’t even match the picture that’s on the box. Where’s the creamy looking sauce? All I got was milky separated looking watery fluid. Whole thing looked and tasted bland and gross at the same time. Threw it away, what a waste

you know, actually surprised at how good it tastes for a healthier meal. the basil flavor really comes through which is nice. didn't really need to add any salt or seasoning (besides black pepper, I just like it). but I do wish it didnt look so sad and watered down from the zucchini loll

Avoid at all costs
The "sauce" is mostly water. Unlike the photos, the "sauce" runs clear. There is no seasoning. Everything is just... watery. The vegetables are fine (but of course underseasoned), yet the chicken is somehow dry. There's also only 270 calories, which means this alone is insufficient for a full meal, even if you're on a diet. For this price point, the meal is insulting.

Versatile and Delicious whether you a GF or Not!
Delicious meal and lots of options to eat however you like. The sauce tastes like a homemade light creamy parmesan sauce. Great quality veggies and the chicken will be moist (since it's sous vide) as long as you heat for minimal time and eat quickly after (otherwise it can become dry, like all frozen meals). My hungry husband loves adding a microwave bag or cup of rice (depending on how hungry he is) and sometimes a side of gluten free bread/oil. These Kevin's gluten free meals have been life savers for our Celiac household!

I love Kevin’s, but the portions for these are kind of small - I usually get more veggies than chicken 😂 the price is ok knowing that the ingredients are simple. I usually buy them when on sale or other offers. I do still recommend them because I usually add pasta or rice to make it more filling.

It was very bland, and watery. I was expecting more of a creamy sauce because 1) the photo looked creamy and 2) it’s a Parmesan based sauce. But it was basically water and frankly gross.

Bland and tasteless
This is my first time Trying Kevins. I usually eat Healthy Choice meals every day for lunch for Convience, and I enjoy most of them. This Kevins one though, was not good. Extremely bland, watery, not saucy. For the high price compared to Healhty Choice, I will not purchase this particular one again. I bought a few other flavors I still have to try, but this one was gross.

Pretty good
I like it. Out of all the healthier frozen meals that exist, this one is by far the freshest tasting, and would seem the least processed. I add a cup of brown rice because on its own, it’s not enough food, especially if you workout or weight lift. With the brown rice it taste good and is filling, and I don’t feel like I ate trash afterwards. I do recommend it.

The broccoli and zucchini were the only pleasant things in this bowl. The chicken was dry, and just salty, no parmesan or basil flavor, the sauce itself was just watery. This isn't "health food" this is just cheap, don't pay a premium for this when you can easily make meal prep something more flavorful yourself for way cheaper.

Overall this is the same as any other frozen meal in terms of quality except that…. Why is the bowl and box so large? The bowl it comes in is like 1/3-half full, significantly less than other frozen meals of the same setup. I think they make it big to make you feel like it’s worth $7. Absolutely not worth the money. Just get a lean cuisine at this point

MSG illness
Please remove "yeast extract" or just call it what it is - an MSG analog. My fault for not reading the ingredients more carefully. If you are avoiding MSG cuz it makes you sick, avoid Kevin's. Really disappointed. It's just not a necessary ingredient.
