I love this bread, and I’m picky. For anyone else watching their calories and trying to get more fiber in: try this. 8g of fiber and only 40 cals per slice. Yes, the slices are smaller than regular bread. It’s not that significant to me. I make pb&j’s with this and it’s so good. 16g of fiber in one sandwich!

Lotta Bread for a Little Bread
Tastes great. I enjoyed the texture. Just be prepared to spend 3 times more than a regular loaf of white bread...for half a loaf! Each slice of bread is about 2/3 the size of a regular slice, so be sure to unplug the toaster when you use the butter knife to fish them out.

It tastes like bread - though it’s high in fiber and low in calories and sugar. Is the texture a bit different? Sure - could have fooled me if I hadn’t known though. Is it smaller than a typical slice of bread? A little bit - not considerably. This is a healthier alternative to standard bread and it’s a victory for people looking to easily increase fiber while lowering sugar and calories. This is a huge win for me - even as someone that loves fast food, pizza, and sweets like many others. The cost is a bit more than other bread brands - but it is worth it.
