I have other Thinx underwear and they are all comfortable and reliable. Not sure how long the band will hold up for this one though as it seems flimsy for the weight of the underwear, would go with the style with the thicker one. Either way, I've used these for the last 3 days of my period (and as a backup for the first two) for the past couple of months and will never go back to worrying whether my pants are stained, or being uncomfortable while working out. Love them.

I purchased these to replace an older thinx model and I am still a big fan! Wearing these on day 1 without any other product, they still kept everything nice and clean. For what they are, they are not terribly bulky and the design is definitely cuter than some of the previous models. Recommend.

While these are great for periods, the elastic does not last long. The ones I own are all falling apart at the waist. I attached a pic. I do not recommend these. Buy the ones without this flimsy waistband.

These are the worst. They run big. The waistband was just below my breast. The area that is supposed to keep me dry was similar to bra padding, in that It is thick and made a crunching sound when i walked.

Love my panties, don’t have to worry about leaks or accidents happening when I get busy with work etc. I have tried the option to hand wash but it seems better machine washing them. It does take a full day to air dry, which is recommended but I have tossed them in the dryer and so far that hasn’t changed the integrity of the panties.

These work great! I’ve never had a leak and I’ve been wearing them for months. Fit true to size too.

Straight-across band does not fit a women’s curves. I’m 5’2”, 120 lbs with a little waist and a butt/thighs. These somehow give me a muffin top (where literally no other clothing item I own does). I even got a medium, though I usually wear smalls. Wish the waist and leg line were 3-4 inches higher. I feel dumpy and gross when I’m already suffering from period woes. It’s a NO from me.

LOVE THEM. I have extremely heavy flow which lasts 3-4 days to the point of anemia every month. I have NEVER experienced leaks even on my heaviest days/nights wearing Thinx. Leaks were a daily occurrence/nightmare with every other menstrual product I’ve ever tried. It is an investment initially, so I waited till there was a sale and used my Target card. #WORTHIT Now I have a few pairs a day so I’m not washing and waiting for them to air dry because I don’t want to use anything else! No more running out to buy pads/tampons/liners in all different absorbencies to make it through a cycle! Which saves me frustration, embarrassment, time, and money! The ONLY con, few colors. I get why black navy and maroon are the colors of choice, believe me I don’t want to witness the horror scene in front of me either, BUT this girl likes options.

I wear these as tampons backup, since my job is super active and busy. They are awesome. Very soft and comfortable, no more feeling like you’re wearing a diaper! I will never go back to pads after having these. They wick really well so you feel dry. No leaks yet. I was them by hand and then in the machine as a second wash, which seems to be working well. Panty lines aren’t terrible. I am 115 lbs 5’8”/ size 00 and XS fits well but isn’t tight, would probably work for ladies size 00-2

I tried a different Thinx style first and didn't like that the waistband felt tight even at a size larger than I usually buy. I decided to give Thinx another try, since my sensitive skin had been reacting to regular pads recently. This was the only style available in my size at Target, so I grabbed them, even though I *don't* typically like lace waistbands. I was pleasantly surprised that the waistband on this style was SUPER soft and stretchy, MUCH more comfortable than the other waistband style. I wore them on their own on my second cycle day (still pretty heavy for me), and they didn't leak at all. I also really appreciate the fully booty coverage. I will definitely be buying more of this style!

Hands down the BEST period underwear I’ve owned yet!!! I love the absorbency and the fact that you don’t feel wet. AND the gusset actually comes up high enough so you’re not leaking out over the top!!! (The first Saalt ones they offered did not come up high enough in the gusset, so I REALLY appreciate the gusset in the Thinx!!!) They sit perfectly without being too tight or too loose, staying in place, and not rolling down. I only bought one pair to try out at first, but I’m buying a few more now since they are so amazing!!! Superior comfort AND absorbency. Add to cart!!!

I have nerve damage in my spine, similar to MS, that create an incontinene problem. The problem becomes worse when I consume alcohol. After serveral glasses of wine I desperately needed a bathroom while quite a distance from a restroom. I leaked heavily but the moisture barrier in the underwear kept my jean dry except in the back but super happy. Thank you Thinx.

I am SO IMPRESSED by these! I’m a PCOS girlie, so when I do get my period it tends to be extremely heavy with lots of clotting. I usually need to empty a menstrual cup 3-5 times a day (if not more often) or go through a couple boxes of tampons during a cycle. I picked these up on a whim because I happened to get my first yeast infection while I was on my period, so tampons and cups were not an option. I was able to wear one pair all day long as my only form of period protection with NO LEAKS! Even when I thought I might be leaking, NOPE! I also wore a pair overnight on the heaviest day of my flow with no issues, no leaking, NOTHING! Finally, I was worried about how period underwear would *feel* especially since I clot so badly. Thankfully, I never felt any sense of moisture or wetness! I don’t understand the science behind these, but they are for sure a game changer for me! These are very comfortable and far more convenient than pads, tampons and cups! Also, yay for sustainability!

At first I was afraid that it would stain my clothes and that my period would come through my underwear, but to my surprise everything stayed in its place, I forgot that I had my period, comfortable and when I cleaned it, I just put it in my washing machine and it was done. to use again.
