The best thing ever created for children.
This is the best kids’ bottle in the world. Yes, a child might chew through the straw, and yes, the handle can come off—but that’s not what matters most. What really matters is that the water does NOT leak from this bottle. I’ve tried many bottles from different brands, but this is the only one that truly doesn’t spill. I have twin boys, so I own a whole collection of these bottles in different colors and styles—and I don’t regret falling in love with this brand at all.

Great bottle for kids
My kids love this flip tab drinking bottle. They’re always pushing it down and popping it again! So I guess you could say it’s a little entertainment piece as well! The cleaning is super easy too!

The fact a replacement lid isnt offered which is the only thing that goes bad obviously with toddler use is disappointing. Forcing you to buy a whole new bottle instead. It’s funny cause contigo EU you can buy replacement lids but not America. Go figure.

Impossible adhesive on outside of bottle
As other reviews have stated-the adhesive for the packaging on this is WILDLY hard to get off. We tried HOT water, soap, baking soda and vinegar, oil, and finally aquaphor got enough of the adhesive off to use-took me an hour of hands-on-scrubbing and many hours of soaking to get it off. If I had read the reviews for this before buying, I would not have bought it, and I don’t recommend anyone else buying it because of the crazy 4 glue dots on the outside of the bottle.

Plastic connect broke off 2 of them in < a week
Also here attempting to find replacement lids. We bought several of these bottles for my toddler but during the daily washing. The plastic that holds the straw to the bottle snapped off 2 out of 4 bottles so far. I brushed my finger across the broken part and specks of plastic came off. Clearly I don’t want my child drinking from them now. I was hoping to get the replacement lid so we could continue using the stainless steel part but I guess I’ll be on the hunt for something new.

what in the world. The bottle itself is fine, but these four huge sticky dots on both sides would not come off! why would you do this to the bottle while packaging it like that? I scratched the heck out of a bottle trying to take it off but it would not come off. and goo off takes the paints off

Adhesive for Wrap is AWFUL
I like my Contigo cups. I bought one just now but the glue is TERRIBLE. The paint is scratching off as I try to get the glue off. The glue is hard to get off my own hands. It is just as sticky after washing. Just terrible.

Don't buy! Packaging sticker ruins bottle
Don’t buy!!! This water bottle would be great, HOWEVER the packaging sticker adhesive will not come and it is now sticky. We have tried everything to come off with no luck. So upset that we have a sticky water bottle that attracts all kind of dirt, hair, etc. Not what I want my kid to drink from.

Adorableee, so cute, button was exciting for my son! also so light! Perfect size for a days worth of water Problem: sticky residue smudged all over! Im guessing the 'glue' holding the label on melted since its been so hot outside Target was amazing, they let us keep it and refunded. I plan on using goo gone or oil or bakingsoda, i hope it wont ruin the bottle's finish

Please use baking soda and warm water or oil to remove the sticky texture. Mix together a paste with 3 Tbs of baking soda and a small amount of water or oil (about 2 Tbs). Then use the paste and a cloth to scrub away the adhesive. If it is not coming off, wipe the paste on the adhesive and let it set for several minutes. I was looking for a cup for my son that he can't chew through so easily!!! He can still eventually chew through this with some time but I JUST found the replacement spouts on Amazon that just made it a GAME CHANGER. Also these cups don't leak. you have to make sure it is secured in both the black twist and the straw part. So please make sure your closing the cup right before you complain about that!
