Great Frame but Broken Drawer and Lights

The frame is great - we bought it for our daughter and she's very excited! It took some time to put together but overall the quality seemed good. However, there was a crack in the back drawer piece that prevents it from being put together properly, and the light strip along the back of the headboard is separated at the first corner, so only a very small section of it lights up. This was disappointing, especially since there doesn't seem to be a way to get a partial refund - the only option is to return the whole product, which would be very difficult now that I put it all together. Also, we do like the frame! We're just sad that 2 of the reasons we chose this frame (the drawer and the lights) don't function.

So far, seems to be durable enough

The frame has been mine for about a month. The charging ports are quite helpful, and the device is absolutely gorgeous. Even if it is a little low to the ground, I still adore it. So far, seems to be durable enough. Without a doubt, avoid it if you prefer taller head boards. Update! Superior customer service!

Love the bed

The bed is amazing! The assembly process was simple, and the directions were clear. I think it took me approximately 45 minutes to get ready all in all! Although I prefer low beds, I had a baby and wanted to protect him from falling out and hurting himself. I'm therefore thrilled with how low it sits.
