FHI Heat The Innovator Pro Power Speed Dryer

The Innovator Speed Pro hair dryer is the best ever! It is everything it is said to be. The stylist at the hair salon I go to also use the same hair dryer. That speaks volumes!

Started very nice great air flow and heat but year into it aesthetics started to fall apart very cheap plastic and now it’s barely blows hot air at hottest setting

I purchased my first Innovator blow dryer in Nov 2022, since then I have had 5 replacements. This company is great with honoring their warranty however after the 6 blow dryers in 2. 5 years I have decided to not waste anymore time hoping that they've solved the problem. Each dryer has stopped blowing hot air. I cleaned the last 2 dryers daily and neither one lasted longer than 6 months. I love the size and weight but the dryer itself is not good. Please don't waste your money.

I've been using this hairdryer for over a year now (got August 2023) and I'm still as obsessed as the day I got it. I'm floored by how fast it dries my hair, which saves me so much time in the morning. The air comes out so fast, it really is super powerful. It's hard to comprehend what 110,000 RPMs really means, but once you use it you'll understand! I also love that that there's a lock button (see pictures), because I'm pretty aggressive when blow drying my hair and sometimes will hit a button that changes the speed or temp and not even realize it. But when the power button is in the locked position, I don't have to worry about my hand placement! My boyfriend's mom visited us and used it for the weekend. My bf's sister just reached out and asked what hairdryer I have because their mom came home asking for it for Christmas lol. Safe to say it leaves a lasting impression!!

So bought this April 2024 per recommendation from my Hair Stylist. I bought it from this website while they were having a sale. I needed a light dryer because I have MS so need to hold light things. I do light blow drying mainly my bangs 2-3x a week and a blow out maybe once a month. I have mid long hair. Well it was working well until tonight. Plugged it in and turned it on and only cold air blows out. One blue bar was lit and no red bars. Pushed the red bars and nothing would light up and pushed he blue bars and the one blue bar only lit up. Turned off and unplugged it and replugged it in and did the same steps and still didn’t work. I emailed customer service so hopefully a response since it’s only 7months old. Very disappointed

The hair dryer was okay but it started blowing out colder air within a few months and sparked on me while I was blow drying my clients hair. Not great for professional use. Wish I could get a refund

It was strong at first but after about 2/3 months it's not as strong and the heat is not hot. The button is hard to push up and down. Can't use the cool shot unless its in the middle.

Where do I start, I bought this dryer in January 2023. I loved everything about it, the weightlessness, the speed and temperature. It was amazing. Almost immediately after purchasing my nozzle started to fly off, it flew off with such force that it would hit my clients. Flash forward to now, 9 months into owning this dryer and it suddenly stopped blowing hot air. So exactly 9 months of use out of this very expensive dryer and now it’s done. It’s so very disappointing. I honestly don’t think I am alone with this issue. Maybe the company only posts good reviews.
