Prepare a delicious family dinner quickly and easily with this Cracked Peppercorn Crusted Beef Sirloin Petite Steak from Good & Gather™. Directions
Keep refrigerated. Steaks need to be fully cooked. Remove from package before cooking.
OVEN
1. Heat oven to 425°F. Line rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Arrange steaks on pan.
2. Bake 10 minutes. Leaving steaks in oven, adjust oven setting to Broil.
3. Broil 3 to 4 minutes or until steaks reach medium doneness. For best results, cover with foil and allow to stand for 3 minutes before enjoying.
For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 145°F as measured with a food thermometer. Appliances may vary; adjust cooking time accordingly. Do not microwave. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.

Got a package of these on discount for 4th of July. One steak was bigger (2” thick), the other was more petite (1.5”). I cooked both on the propane grill with three burners going, temp fluxed between 425° and 500°. Each side I hit twice at 5 minutes, then flipped again for 2 min (each side) to get the recommended 14 minutes. The thicker steak I let sit on the grill for 18, just to make sure. Succulent. They came out medium with enough pink in the middle to not be well done. I also let them sit on my counter for four minutes with foil on top to lock in the juices. Out of sight. The ribeye I had on Father’s Day wasn’t even as good. These are tender, not overly spiced or salty, just unbelievably savory. My grill doesn’t char meat very well (too high from flames); these even had a little crust on the tips. Straight out of the fridge with no ambient temp adjusting or thawing involved. I did brush them with EVOO first to aid grilling. Highly recommended, on the grill though.

One of my faves at Target. Perfectly seasoned. Cooks well. Good cut of meat. Can go with many sides. It's my second time purchasing and most likely won't be the last. For a busy person, it's really nice to buy something that's already seasoned since I get super lazy after I get home. It's so easy to simply put in a pan (as I cook mine), although the instructions says to put in an oven. This is cheaper than getting takeout and lasts me for at least two meals.
