Do not waste your money
The broom is about 2.5 long, not a standard broom size, so you’re hunched over sweeping if you’re of an average height. I’m 5’4”. The pan is curved upward meaning everything you sweep towards it get swept directly under it instead of in it. This is an incredibly poor design.

This broom was clearly made for a child or an adult of below average height. It is the shortest broom I have ever purchased and I would return it if that was an option. I have to squat and contort my body in half to sweep with it and I’m not some 7 foot tall Amazonian just a normal person trying to sweep my kitchen. Would not recommend.

Flawed design
As many other people's dislikes, dustpan arches in the middle unless you press down on dustpan before sweeping in. The flip dustpan is so hard to flip up/down that you would need to use your hands just to bring it up and down. This should be smooth and lock in place when closed or fully opened. Up & Up please take this feedback and correct the design flaws.

HORRIBLE BROOM SET
This set is horrible! The broom work well enough, but is so short it hurts your back to use. I am only 5’ tall and it is too short for me. My 6’ tall sister called it a “toy broom”. The dustpan arches up in the middle and doesn’t sit flat to the ground, so everything just goes underneath. It’s VERY frustrating, inefficient, and physically painful to use this set. I do not recommend you waste your money on this (or any of the brooms available at Target…I have now tried and returned several!)

Static cling to outside of dustpan
The plastic dustpan is staticky so pet fur and dryer lint fluff stick to the outside and are difficult to get off into the trash. As others mentioned, the handle is also very short, so requires bending to use. I will be returning.
