actually does nothing
I don’t really write reviews but this plunger was so useless it would be a crime not to tell someone. The rubber is so thin and basically just inverts itself and then splashes water all over the place when you get it to pop back out. It also does not have the structural integrity to create any type of suction, and I tried EVERY angle and every level of force for a good half hour. Thankfully Target issued a refund without the need to return the used plunger, if anyone else finds themselves in this situation

Target- Discontinue This Product
The second you place the plunger in its holster you will have dirty toilet water all over your floor. Target should pull this product from the shelves.

The cup portion of this combo is the worst design brought to planet earth. It has no way of containing the water that builds in the “tiny” reservoir designed to hold the water so as soon as you move it to clean the water spills out onto the floor. REAL STUPIDITY.

Do not purchase!!!
I would have given it a 0 star if I could. The design is so bad. You clean the toilet bowl and you place the brush back in the holder. If you move the holder ever so slightly you will have water on the floor. My husband looked at it and he said it was the dumbest design he ever seen. Up & Up should be ashamed for this design and putting their logo on it. We ended up throwing the bowl part away.

Don't buy it
The absolute worst plunger ever. Will not suction to toilet, and splashes water EVERYWHERE. I’ve attempted to unclog my toilet several times with this and I’ve been unsuccessful. Luckily we have a second bathroom to use in the meantime. Don’t waste your money.

DO NOT BUY
Literally the worst plunger I have ever used in my life. For this price? The silicone is absolute dog feces.

Flimsy, splashes everywhere, doesn't work well
It would not get a good suction around a modern oblong toilet. It spit water all over the bathroom (and I do mean all over!) so we had a massive clean up afterwards. Very flimsy. I only gave it an extra star because it EVENTUALLY got our toilet unclogged after 30 minutes, a lot of muscle, and different angles to finally get brief suction. Going straight in the trash now.

My toddler girls(1&3) clogged the toilet with rolls, yes plural, of tp. Was worried I’d have to make a call but this took care of it pretty quickly!

This plunger is obsolete and incompatible with modern low‑flow toilets. It was a complete waste of money. And no—you do not return a used plunger. I couldn’t get any seal at all because modern toilet bowls have irregular shapes this old design can’t handle. Target should stop selling this outdated model and switch to the beehive‑style plungers that manufacturers like Kohler actually design and approve for today’s toilets.

works but rubber too squishy
it works, but the rubber is very squishy- too malleable. really had to be careful pushing as it bent out of shape. it does suction well. also the holder is huge, holds a ton of water, I'd bet it would pool up and be gross. will be returning.
