Beautiful lamp, but for the price quality control and defects should not be happening. I received bad quality lamp with uneven parts with the lamp shade having some stains on it, disappointed.

Lamp is aesthetically on mark but the harp was mis-shaped. Impossible to reach a human to address the issue and on line didn't provide a way to request a new harp without returning the whole item. Without anything to loose, I placed the harp in a vise and fixed it myself.

Lamps came 6 weeks after I ordered them but it was worth the wait. Customer service was good and kept me updated with the shipping progress. The lamps were well packaged and the lamps look like the picture on the site.
