I liked these salsas, I had tried the hummus by this brand too and I enjoy it. I LOVE fire roasted salsas generally, so love that option for flavor.

My Husband and I bought the Mild Salsa that Ithaca makes a few weeks ago and we have returned to Target specifically to repurchase the salsa numerous times since. The flavor is distinctly different with a suttle sweet finish that we love. We have started using it in salads and last night we made chicken with it which was amazing. I don't know what else Ithaca makes in Target, but if they make anything else I would imagine that it would be the best quality as the salsa tastes homemade.

I've been a loyal fan of Ithaca's hummus for many years, so when I saw their new salsa at target I absolutely had to try it. Let me tell you...not only does this blow all the other store bought brands out of the water, i think it may be the best salsa I've ever had PERIOD. The taste is fresh and vibrant with a hint of lime, but I think the texture is actually the star of the show. It's chunky, but not big chunky like other brands. It's almost like the ingredients are finely chopped by hand, giving you the perfect bite every time, just like at a Mexican restaurant. Can't reccomend this product enough, go get some and thank me later!

Ithaca Salsa is bursting with flavor and freshness. I will never buy another brand. Clean clean limited ingredients combine for the best Salsa money can buy- this salsa is beyond delicious and is HEALTHY!!!!! Ithaca Salsa is by far the best I've ever had!!!!

I got the mild fire roasted salsa and had it with my chicken tacos. The flavor was good but I thought that the tomatoes were diced too finely. I prefer thicker tomatoes.
