The robe is fine but don't order through Target Plus 3rd part seller
Robe was nice but too short for the person I bought it for. Sent it back via the UPS pre-paid label. It never made it back to the retailer, a third party seller. I guess UPS lost the item, but I'm not sure. Regardless, after chatting with one agent and speaking to two agents, I'm just out-of-luck with this item that I returned. It's incredibly disappointing customer service. I won't be shopping at Target any more, but I'd seriously reconsider shopping Target Plus, which I didn't realize were third-party sellers that have different protections in place (or lack there of) when things go wrong.
