The comforter cover is made with100% cotton sateen. Very smooth and silky. Soft feeling and lofty, thicker than my expect, which is nice and good for the extreme cold weather in Boston. The weight is light and feel like cloud cover on me, but very warm and comfortable.

This is the best duvet I’ve ever purchased. I love the lighter weight, slightly crisp material yet like sleeping under a fluffy cloud. Loved it so much I also bought one for colder months. Only down side is great difficulty finding a duvet cover with 8 ties that is not linen.
