Perfect!
These glasses were a gift for my husband--He'd been looking for a couple of years for hefty crystal glasses that were big enough in circumference to accommodate the very large ice cubes that have become so popular. We were out for dinner one evening at a restaurant we hadn't been to before, and they served our drinks (with huge ice cubs) in the clear glass version of these glasses. One look at my husband's face and I knew these were the one. They aren't crystal, but all the better because the price was significantly less than I was thinking I would have to pay. Once we got home, I measured our gigantic ice cube molds, and they were going to fit with just a bit of room to spare. The smoke color is lovely AND they're dishwasher safe to boot. What's not to love?!

There is an obvious seam on the sides of these glasses. Otherwise they have a good weight, and are a good size/style

Same great glass, not so great color
These are still the great hobstar style and quality, but the “rose” is really more of a brown/Smokey topaz color. Was hoping it would be more the “coral pink” of the past, which actually looks rose.
