Tandra Daybed W/ Cushion - Outdoor - PAT6745 - Natural/Beige - Safavieh

We have had this table outside for about a month or two now. It has weathered rainstorms and frosty nights well so far (WITH a nice cover that encapsulates the entire couch). I bought an expensive cover after reading the reviews that water would stain the cushion material. Definitely worth purchasing a quality cover if you get this cute couch. Like others have said, it’s cushions are very firm but I don’t find them uncomfortable. I threw on a couple throw pillows and now have a very nice outdoor seating area! Love that this basically makes out into a bed when you lower the arm rests. Overall would purchase again!

I bought this because I loved the look of the teak wood and cream-colored cushions. The chaise was not too difficult to put together and took about an hour and a half. On the down side, the seat is hard as a rock and not at all comfortable. I'm going to add a layer of foam cushioning between the frame and the seat cushion and see if that helps. The back cushions are cheap, scratchy, slippery, really horrible fabric. So those, too, will have to be replaced or re-covered. When all that is done, I think the chaise will make a nice addition to my little sunroom.

Incredibly disappointing. The chaise itself is just lovely and incredibly easy to put together. The size is perfect for lounging or added seating with the folding sides. However, the cushions are not made for outdoor wear. There is a water repellant, most likely, sprayed on the fabric but this does not dry efficiently. The water tends to lay on the seat portion and pool, creating staining and water absorption into the cushion. The seat then takes days to dry. I just removed the seat cover for washing (and trying to re-spray a higher quality water repellant) and the seat pad was crammed in there so tightly I have now broken one of the zippers trying to get it out. This is better for a covered patio or indoor use - not an outdoor furniture piece. I'd love to get my money back, Target - I'd purchase one of your Opalhouse pieces instead.
