I was concerned it wouldn't give off enough light, but it's actually just right, plenty of illumination without being overwhelming. The design is clean and modern, which fits our style perfectly. It looks high-end once installed (which was easy!) and really elevates the space. Very happy with this item.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently moved into our new home and are still in the middle of renovations, as it required a full house remodel. When we were offered the opportunity to receive this outdoor light fixture for free in exchange for our honest opinion, we were happy to accept this. The materials appear to be made of a durable plastic, which I actually prefer over metal. The previous fixture we replaced was metal and became heavily rusted despite being intended for outdoor use. Because of that experience, I feel this fixture will be significantly more durable over time. The fixture is white, which is the option I chose. I wasn’t sure how it would look at first since the house is a mix of tan with beige trim, but it actually complements the white in the slider and windows really well. Overall, I think it looks great with the home’s exterior. The 5” size of the fixture it sufficient. It’s about the same size as the one it replaced, and the footprint was similar, so it covered the previous fixture’s area without any issues. It is definitely a downlight-style fixture, as shown in my nighttime photo. This works for our needs and provides ample lighting right outside our porch area. Overall, we’re pretty satisfied with this and would recommend for a minimalistic simple look. I only docked a star for value, I feel this is expensive for what it is.

The materials are lightweight and of good quality, a grounding screw and an Allen Wrench was included in the package. It was compatible with the style of my home, and it performs nicely throwing light exactly where I wanted it, downward. I’m very impressed with Progressive Lighting. I love my new light! 💡

Comes with simple to follow instructions and all hardware needed to mount. Uses a max of 75 watt bulb. Emits plenty of light, use a lower wattage for a dimmer/ mood light. Screw at the bottom to attach the light to the mount. Allen key is included. Easy to wipe off to clean.

It’s versatile in ways where it can be mounted to the front or back of the house as a light feature that will add depth to your house. I see this more as a decoration than as a source of light to help one see in the dark— in my opinion this isn’t a porch light to light up the area at night and is more of a decorative light feature. The light is directed downward—hence being a light feature. The setup of the light was very simple and straight forward. Overall this is sleek and cute for decorative purposes!
