These stay on great, but they are definitely not 0-6mo. My baby is now 3 months old 50th percentile for height and weight (so average size) and these are now too small. So, accurate sizing would be 0-3mo. They stayed on great, even on a NB, so I’ll be trying the 6-12mo size next. Just be aware that they won’t fit for as long as expected, so don’t buy too many as I did.
