When I bought these I was honestly doubting that these were gonna be good but these are SO GOOD! they came in a white box and the headphones were inside the black case it shows in the photos! It comes with the jack and charger and the headphones look perfectly fine no scratches nothing. There is a minor crease on both ear parts but honestly you can BARLEY NOTICE and they sound great 😊 and came a DAY EARLY! Only problem is the ANC is not the best but still really good!

I bought 3 weeks ago. As soon as I got em I charged to a 100%. Today after 3 weeks battery has more than 80%. I wear em about 1 hour a day mon-fri. Sound is excellent. No issues. My only problem with beats is the tiny carry case.

Maybe not fully refurbished

There is a static sound that comes through the right side speaker that makes it sound like wind in your ear. I thought it would go away or maybe something was stuck around the speaker causing the noise but now I believe it’s just faulty. I thought giving a refurbished item a chance was a good way to save money but it was just a waste of money because I can’t return these.

Do nof buy!

The headphones came in what look a great condition but I had more issues. It doesn’t turn off, stay connected and after it died on day 1 it will not charge. It does not seem refurbished. It seems I got the product in a messed up state.

Charging

They work fine but they wont cut on when i take it off the charger, I had it sit on the charger for over an hour and it never charged and once i took it off they wouldnt turn on. I can only use them when they're on the charger which is weird. Other then that they sound good just dont like that I cant use them without them being on the charger. 100% returning these.
