I think the size is perfect for family & friend use

Does not hold a flame for anything!!!! We tried more rubbing alcohol, less alcohol, removing the glass, removing the rocks. NOTHING. It simply will not hold the flame. The glass doesn’t sit nicely in the wells. The one piece is broken. Just an overall mess and nowhere near worth the cost

Placing the rocks was a bit cumbersome, and the immediate discoloration was disappointing. Additionally, the method to extinguish the flames felt awkward.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The actual appearance of the table top fire pit is sleek and I did love it, honestly. However, it was a pain to get it to stay lit (maybe we should have drenched the wool in alcohol but that didn’t feel safe). And when we did get it lit, the box mentioned it would last for up to 30 minutes but we got about a nice 5 out of it. It also was frustrating to put together because of the rocks—they would not stay on the sides and kept dropping into the wool / fire area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit was easy to put together. It is a table top unit so not very big (I put a coffee cup for size reference) but perfect for the table top. We toasted a marshmellow which only melted it but didnt really toast the outside brown (turned it grey actually). The flames got burning pretty big. One of the stones dropped into the crevice where the 4th wall goes down which meant we werent able to properly put the last glass panel down because the fire was already going but we can fix that for the next time. It says it is odorless but you could still smell the alcohol as it burned but it wasnt noxious. I wouldnt have purchased this on my own, but it is actually a great summer time addition that was much admired by friends who came out to hang out.

It's cute I would say, but it's a little small to keep us warm outside in cold weather. It's more a decoration than a fire pit. Also the lava rocks make the fire pit nicer but it's so annoying that keep falling into the fire chamber. And if I take out the face glass to refill the chamber, the rocks would fall everywhere, so to make it simple and convenience, just don't put the rocks in as the pictures show. It said the fire chamber when filled last for 30mins, it's quite quick for outdoor gathering, you have to keep filling the chamber, a bit annoying. This item I would recommend if using for 2 people, more than that then you would need a bigger one.
