It works as easily as separating a male end of the connector on the Tablefire, from the female end on the regulator hose. Great addition to gazebo setup
We bought two of these tabletop gas fireplaces for our gazebo and love how they turned out. We installed them directly into our wooden bar table by drilling holes for the propane attachments. Misleading
PLEASE pay attention to how this unit is displayed. The unit doesn't just sit nicely on a table or such like the picture shows. You have to accommodate for the propane tank underneath it. You have to inset it down into the table or build something on top of the table. luckily, my husband is very handy, so he built a "frame" for it. I do not care for it though as I think it looks lame. I am only keeping for his efforts.

Love it but make sure you have the right table
This is great and perfect for our small deck; only thing is I wish I looked further into how it’s set up. It needs a table with an umbrella hole for the propane tank. It might’ve been obvious to some but I genuinely thought it could sit flat on any table. Either way, while I find a new table, I love it. Please pay no attention to the fire hazard that this photo is.

This tabletop fireplace is great! It fits perfectly through an umbrella hole and uses a 1lb propane tank vs others that only adapt to a 20 lb tank. It’s sleek and lets off enough heat. I’m obsessed! Get it!

Doesn't Stay On
I fell in love with it at the store so excited to get it home. I’m returning it tomorrow because it doesn’t stay lit. We tried holding down the starter for more than 15 seconds but once we let go, it it shuts off. So disappointed.

Perfect for a small space.
I think it's the perfect size for our 5ft patio table. It puts out enough heat to be comfortably warm (and big enough to make s'mores). My only complaint is we have to remove our umbrella stabilizer from under the table in order to fit the propane tank holder. Just an FYI. Overall, it's a nice little fireplace.

Inaccurate description
This requires that you have a hole in the center of your table for the propane tank. Description says simply place it on your coffee table or outdoor table. Well it doesn’t work on my table because it doesn’t have a hole in the middle of it so I have to return this now - very disappointing because it was very cute

I love this item!!! I received it in the mail very quickly,...in about three days. It is really neat. The only thing I would change is the location of the fuel inlet. It is on the bottom, therefore this must have a hole to sit in,...such a table with an umbrella hole. It will take a small propane tank or a large one with a hose may also be hooked to it. It actually puts out a little heat also, if you're cold.

This Patio Tabletop Fireplace is only engineered to work with a 1 lb. propane tank, as there is a special connection and bracket attached to the Fireplace that goes through the umbrella hole and then holds the small propane tank just below the tabletop.
