Item arrived damaged -- difficult to replace pieces

The product seems nice. However, while assembling it, I noticed that one item arrived damaged. I advise anyone buying this to thoroughly check all the pieces upon arrival. Dealing with customer service for a replacement isn't a simple process because Target uses a partner (Costway). The only viable option is to return the entire product, so make sure the box is in good condition until you've checked everything otherwise you'll have to disassemble everything.

Very Sturdy!
